    Job Title:
    Project Manager (Oracle MDM Project Management (Implementation + Support)Experience yearsLocation- Pune/Bangalore/Hyderabad


    Responsibilities:
    Plan and manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
    Manage both support and implementation projects, with a focus on Oracle MDM projects.
    Track project progress meticulously and implement necessary corrective or preventive actions to ensure project success.
    Regularly report project status to clients and senior management, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress and any potential issues.
    Identify project risks and challenges proactively, developing resolution plans to mitigate them effectively.
    Assist in developing functional and technical specifications to guide project implementation.
    Collaborate with Resource Management Teams to allocate resources efficiently and participate in the hiring process when necessary.
    Conduct Goal Setting and Performance Appraisals for team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
    Identify training needs within the team and facilitate relevant training sessions to enhance skills and competencies.
    Adhere to quality processes, participate in audits, and ensure timely closure of non-conformities.
    Facilitate requirement workshops and design sessions, ensuring clear understanding and alignment among stakeholders.
    Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
    Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
    Conduct meetings with clients and management to define project scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring alignment of expectations.
    Develop business proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and other reports as required to support project activities.
    Lead initiatives for productivity improvements and automation to streamline project processes and enhance efficiency.
    Provide project-specific training as needed to ensure team members are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge.
    Coordinate with operations and finance departments to ensure timely and accurate invoicing for project deliverables.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Project Management certification is a plus.
    P roven experience in managing multiple projects concurrently, with a focus on Oracle MDM projects.
    Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
    Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
    Proficiency in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    Experience in conducting training sessions and performance appraisals.
    Familiarity with quality processes and auditing procedures.
    Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration towards project goals.
    Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
    Prior experience in a client-facing role is preferred.
