- Collect, clean, and analyze app usage data, including user interactions, retention rates, conversion funnels, and in-app purchases, using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or Mixpanel.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders on app performance and trends.
- Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize app features, user interfaces, and marketing campaigns to improve user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
- Collaborate with the Product Development team to identify opportunities for feature enhancements, bug fixes, and performance optimizations based on user feedback and data analysis.
- Monitor app store reviews, ratings, and rankings to identify user pain points, address issues, and improve app store optimization (ASO) strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor apps, and best practices in mobile app analytics and user experience (UX) design to recommend innovative solutions and strategies.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to analyze the effectiveness of app marketing campaigns, user acquisition channels, and conversion funnels to maximize ROI.
- Support the Sales team by providing insights on user demographics, behaviors, and preferences to inform customer targeting and product positioning strategies.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and partners to integrate and manage app analytics tools, SDKs, and APIs.
- Assist in ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed to support business objectives and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel, for data manipulation, querying, and visualization.
