    **Job Description:**
    We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in .NET development, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in C#, MVC, ASP.NET, and related technologies.
    They will also have a solid understanding of JavaScript, jQuery, and GIT for source control.
    **Key Responsibilities:
    1. Design, develop, and deploy complex enterprise applications using .NET Core and related technologies.
    2. Develop and maintain REST APIs, working closely with cross-functional teams.
    3. Collaborate with developers to improve code quality, performance, and scalability.
    4. Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
    5. Maintain and improve existing systems, identifying areas for optimization and implementing solutions.
    6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and developments in .NET and related fields.
    **Requirements:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of .NET development experience (C#, MVC, ASP.NET, etc.).
    • 2+ years of .NET Core development experience.
    • 2+ years of JavaScript, jQuery experience (beyond basic control validation).
    • 3+ years of complex enterprise applications development experience.
    • Good knowledge of any SQL Database, including complex queries and stored procedures.
    • 3+ years of experience with REST APIs development.
    • Working knowledge of SSIS, SSRS packages.
    • Experience with Kendo or similar 3rd-party controls.
    **Preferred Qualifications:
    • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Experience with DevOps tools, such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
