    Duty Manager

    What this job involves:

    Keeping the front desk under control

    The concierge counter is your realm. To be successful in this role, you should provide top-notch concierge services to residents, tenants and guests. You will sit on top of their needs, as well as all incoming and outgoing calls. You'll also be expected to come to grips with problems in a professional manner and hand over the faults or issues to the right personnel. You will also pay visits to residents or tenants and attend to their concerns regularly.

    Yielding can-do results

    You will be the go-to person for all facilities bookings, so you'll need to be a pro in using the visitor management system to register all tenants and guests. You will be required to keep track of all updates and feedback into the OMS until a particular case is closed. You will also assist the management team on the day-to-day operations.

    Experienced

    You should have a minimum "O" level certificate with experience in a related field. If you have previously worked in global airline companies or leading hotels, that'll work to your advantage. Even more so, it will be great if you have experience in hotel concierge services.

    Is customer service second nature to you? Are you a team player who is eager keen to learn and flexible with shifting hours? To be outstanding in this role, you should also be positive-thinking, full of pep, and always on the go. You should also have superb communication skills so you can hit it off with the people you'll be in contact with on a daily basis.

    If you are IT-savvy and have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Internet, then you're definitely a match to this role

    Together with the facilities management team, you'll help ensure that clients, vendors and employees enjoy a safe and positive experience. You'll be trained to follow escalation and incident reporting procedures and comply with the firm's safety guidelines and strategies.

    Your responsibilities also include but are not limited to booking meeting rooms; managing office supplies inventory; handling paperwork on maintenance-related activities; and updating the phone directory and company brochures. You'll also be expected to assist the facilities management team in overseeing contractors on-site and finding vendors and services.

    Knowledgeable and experienced

    You should have at least 12 months of experience in a corporate environment, particularly in reception. An experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field is ideal will go a long way.

    A positive thinker and strong communicator

    Are you a confident, energetic and customer-oriented? Can you interact with stakeholders across all levels? A great match for this job would be someone who has a well-presented, approachable manner as well as superb written and spoken English communication skills.

    Organisational and professional

You must be able to manage conflicting priorities and apply holistic approaches for long-term solutions, while complying with the firm's procedures and standards.
