    Description

    Roles & Responsibilities of Manager:

    • The Manager will be handling 1-2 districts in implementing the various school related projects of Bhumi including conduct feasibility studies, Baseline and Endline assessment.
    • Manage Government/Corporation officials, Schools, stakeholders and vendor relationships for the success of the program.
    • Supervises the District level operations, Monthly and Quarterly review of the projects, Maintain and submit Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports.
    • Showcase thought Leadership, planning and effective implementation for the long-term success of the program's growth, scalability, and Sustainability and Visit the districts to monitor the program at regular intervals.
    • Ensure effective communication and reporting upward and down the line of all matters related to the efficiency and effectiveness of the program.

    Preferred Education Qualification / Experience:

    • Post-Graduation with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a relevant field
    • Should be a quick learner to understand and execute the structured program
    • Program Management experience for effective delivery of the program
    • Experience in reporting, training, monitoring, and evaluating the projects
    • Mentor the team to achieve Programmatic goals towards achieving Org goals
    • Good English speaking & writing skills

    • Strong interpersonal, communication and supervision Skills
    • Good understanding of the pedagogical aspects involved in teaching children.
    • Good people engagement, networking, and listening skills
    • Ability to drive outcome-oriented plans through the team's collective effort
    • Emotional maturity to build relationships, empathize with the perspectives/needs of team members and develop others
    • Highly resourceful and also self-driven
    • Forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
