- Experience having supported multiple GlobalView efforts as part of the implementation team.
- Experience with a template driven implementation environment
- Experience in functional and technical aspects of Payroll, HR Time, and Benefits
- Experience working with a large payroll provider or management consulting firm in past PM roles
- Direct hands-on experience mapping and driving requirements
- Direct hands-on experience coordinating and driving target system configuration
- Direct hands-on experience designing and driving interfaces/integrations with third party systems
- Direct hands-on experience driving and mapping data from legacy systems to target systems
- Direct hands-on experience driving deliverable completion and signoff
- Direct hands-on experience cutting over new systems to production and stabilizing this system post go-live
