    Role Description:

    How you will contribute?



    • Solutions Roadmap for ESG - Develop a roadmap to meet known requirements (CSRD, California, others) and anticipate emerging regulations (SEC)
    • Cost of solutions - Provide a budgetary estimate, by module and delivery in on/under budget.
    • Schedule delivery - Ensure solutions are delivered on time.
    • Future proofing of solutions - Work with the EA team to devise architecture which supports additional solutions.
    • Stakeholder satisfaction - Measure stakeholder satisfaction
    Key Strategy Development:


    • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive
    • Digital ESG strategies aligned with the company's values and goals.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to integrate ESG considerations into business planning and decisionmaking processes.
    Stakeholder Engagement:


    • Engage with investors, customers, employees, and other stakeholders to communicate ESG efforts and achievements.
    • Respond to inquiries and requests for information related to ESG practices.
    Digital collaboration:


    • Work with crossfunctional teams to identify and prioritize ESG initiatives, develop and implement ESG solutions which ensure compliance with ESG regulations.
    • The lead will act as the Single Point of Contact from the MDS organization and work internally with the Enterprise Architecture (EA), Data & Analytics (D&A) and the relevant functional teams.
    Skills & Competencies:


    • Strong knowledge of ESG regulations and reporting frameworks
    • Experience in building IT reporting and performance tracking soltutions
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    Experience & Background recommendation:

    • The ideal candidate would have 69 number of years of IT experience and familiarity with delivering complex solutions.
    • Specific experience with IT reporting and performance tracking would be a plus.
    • The individual should have the ability to work in a matrixed organization across various geographies and multiple time zones.
    • The individual should be a selfstarter and have the interpersonal skills to bring together requirements from stakeholders across various functional areas.
    • He/she should also be able to rationalize sometimes conflicting requirements and find a way to prioritize and communicate effectively.
    • Familiarity with tools like SASB, GRI, Hyperion, Ecovadis, Novisti ESG or similar will be added advantage.
