About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Klaviyo Email Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Flowstate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing, with specific experience using Klaviyo and MailChimp. The Klaviyo Email Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for creating and implementing effective email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and sales for our business.
Key Responsibilities
Campaigns
Coordinate design briefing between ES and the design team.
Facilitate feedback loop between client, ES, and design team.
Ensure design integrity, compliance, and functionality.
Schedule and deploy approved campaigns.
Flows
Manage flow design briefing and approval process.
Construct flow structure within ESP and seek approval.
Oversee feedback loop between client, ES, and design team.
Ensure accurate implementation and functionality of flow elements.
Schedule and activate approved flows, conducting post-deployment checks.
Other task to support Email Specialist
Understand the key levers in email deliverability + have the ability to recommend strategies to improve inbox placement.
Setting-up new client accounts in Klaviyo or other major email service providers (ESPs)
Migrating data + templates from existing ESP.
Integrating with the customer's e-commerce platform.
Creating key customer segments.
Building & populating email flows + sign-up forms.
Building preference pages.
Reporting
Create a weekly report of Customers shared with ES for approval
Create quarterly impact reports
Requirements:
Proven experience as an email marketing specialist
Strong knowledge of Klaviyo and MailChimp
Experience with A/B testing and segmentation
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills and ability to track and measure campaign performance
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
