    Position: Inside Sales Representative

    Responsibilities:

    1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels.
    • Conduct market research to target potential clients and industries.
    1. Sales Presentations:
    • Deliver compelling product/service presentations to potential clients.
    • Clearly articulate value propositions and address client needs.
    1. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
    • Understand customer requirements and provide effective solutions.
    1. Sales Calls and Outreach:
    • Conduct outbound sales calls to engage with prospects.
    • Respond to inbound inquiries and provide information about products/services.
    1. Quota Achievement:
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
    1. Sales Negotiation and Closing:
    • Negotiate terms and conditions with potential clients.
    • Close sales deals and secure commitments from clients.
    1. Sales Pipeline Management:
    • Manage and update the sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting.
    • Prioritize leads and opportunities based on potential.
    1. Market Intelligence:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market changes.
    • Provide feedback to the sales team regarding customer needs and market demands.
    1. Collaboration with Sales Team:
    • Coordinate with the broader sales team to share insights and strategies.
    • Collaborate with marketing to align sales efforts with campaigns.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a technology or B2B environment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
