    AboutthepositionHereis an exciting opportunity for Sales Team for Eastern region to bepart of the Digital Power Commercial team and provide the servicesto the customer of several segments i.e. Power & Gridrenewables Oil & Gas C&SP and Transportetc.
    Roles andResponsibilities
    • Closelywork for developing and executing annual business plans for Easternregion
    • Map out leads (Projects under executionprojects proposed etc.) and work with the Sales team &other stakeholders to increase the winrate
    • Ensure early engagement and participationin opportunities including prescription bid to bid supportetc..
    • Ensure buyin from internal stakeholders(Engineering team (System Architects) BU marketing teams Segmentteams) to execute the growth strategy for Energy Automationsolutions in the region
    • Own Sales & OBtarget for the region and achieve the annual salesKPIs
    EducationQualification/ WorkExperience:A Bachelor / Master s degree or equivalent inElectrical/Electronics Engineering from accrediteduniversity.Candidate should have Sales/ tendering /BD background with 710 years of workexperience in Energy Automation Solutions and 5 years in directcustomer facingroleSkills:Understanding of products solutions protocols (IEC61850 Modbus IEC and network topologies (RSTP PRP HSR etc) proposed inan OT industrialenvironment for Energy Managementdomain. (across multiple segments such as O&G UtilitiesTransportation Datacentersetc) DomainKnowledge on Protection relays RTU andSubstation Automationsystems Knowledgeof cyber securitystandards Deep understandingon Electrointensive segments likeP&G MMM and Oil &Gas Should havethe ability work with Consultants/ Endusers for influencing in Prescription ofEnergy Automationsolutions Abilityto pursue multiple stakeholders in collaboration with respectiveinternal teams is amust Successfultrackrecord in establishing local customer intimacy throughconnections at Executives level and key decision makers within thecustomerorganization Stronginfluencing skills and interculturalskills Patience isa virtue due to the long lifecycle of project and plenty ofvariables which makes things very unpredictable.
