    Mission

    The Studio Manager is a highly motivated and experienced professional who is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the studio, and leading a team of artists and coordinators to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. The Studio Manager plays a crucial role in creating a positive and productive atmosphere in the studio, and is responsible for maintaining the studio's P&L, developing and implementing sales strategies, and coordinating with the design team and clients to deliver designs on time and meet client expectations. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about the creative arts and dedicated to providing an immersive experience for each customer. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams and delivering results, and will be committed to maintaining the studio's high standards of hygiene and customer service.

    Responsibilities

    Operations Management

    - Managing the day-to-day operations of the studio, including overseeing walk-in clients and providing exceptional service to customers to turn them into repeat clients.

    - Managing and mentoring the Studio Coordinator and other staff members to ensure that they are meeting performance expectations and developing their skills.

    - Ensuring that all studio operations are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety and data protection standards.

    - Managing the P&L (Profit and Loss) for the studio, including monitoring income and expenses to ensure that the studio is operating at a profit.

    - Developing and managing the studio's budget and monitoring expenses to ensure that they stay within budget.

    - Identifying and pursuing local brand collaborations to increase visibility and attract new customers.

    - Strictly adhere to studio operational SOPs

    - Handle inbound queries of the clients, manage appointments, book consultations.

    - Arrange training sessions for the artists for their skill development.

    - Maintaining employee accommodation provided by the company, and being responsible for keeping it clean and free of nuisances.

    - Develop, implement, and maintain studio policies and procedures.

    Prepare annual budgets, manage expenditures, analyze financial variances, and initiate corrective actions as needed.

    Team Management

    - Maintain optimal staff coverage based on business needs while ensuring effective resource allocation. - Conduct daily team briefings to communicate key updates, assignments, client expectations, and operational goals. Foster transparency, accountability, and alignment across the team. - Design and implement training programs to enhance team performance, customer service, hygiene practices, and compliance with studio protocols. Facilitate continuous learning through workshops, coaching, and performance reviews. - Track individual and team performance using KPIs and feedback mechanisms. Provide timely and constructive feedback, initiate corrective actions when necessary. - Build and maintain a high-energy, positive team spirit that reflects the studio's culture and values. Strengthen interpersonal bonding among artists and team members to encourage collaboration, trust, and a sense of belonging. - Ensure that the studio atmosphere consistently reflects the brand's personality—vibrant, professional, and welcoming. Maintain studio hygiene and presentation in accordance with company standards, keeping the "Aliens vibe" alive at all times. - Address internal team concerns and conflicts swiftly and professionally. Serve as a reliable point of contact for team support, ensuring a respectful and inclusive work environment.

    Customer Service

    - Provide personalised customer service to create an immersive experience for each customer.

    - Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase studio sales, by following up with clients and making 30 calls a day to new inquiries.

    - Coordinating with the design team and clients to deliver designs on time and meeting client expectations.

    - Managing customer complaints and objections in a professional and efficient manner.

    - Managing the P&L (Profit and Loss) for the studio, including monitoring income and expenses to ensure that the studio is operating at a profit.

    - Assist customers and artists with appointment scheduling and service-related requests.

    Reporting

    - Communicating with the HQ sales team to increase sales and identifying process gaps to help the HQ improve processes.

    - Providing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the reporting manager to keep them informed of the studio's performance.

    Data Management

    - Accurately maintaining the CRM and data entry to improve data health and drive data-driven decisions for business growth.

    - Managing daily cash, depositing it in the bank, and updating the records.

    Implement and maintain efficient workflow protocols using available technologies.

    Requirement

    - 3+ experience in a similar role, such as customer service, sales, or operations management, could be beneficial. Experience working in a retail or service-oriented business could be useful.

    - A positive, customer-service oriented attitude, ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult customers, ability to work well in a team environment and a strong work ethic are key attributes for this role.

    - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.

    - Ability to think strategically, analyse data, and make decisions based on that data is important.

    - Strong organisational and time-management skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, are also important
