    Job Overview:
    Kisaan Steels, a prominent industrial company in Ghaziabad, is on the lookout for a skilled Hydraulic Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in hydraulic systems along with practical experience in fitting and assembly. This role presents an opportunity to thrive in a dynamic setting and contribute significantly to the success of our operations.
    Responsibilities:
    • Assemble, install, and maintain hydraulic systems and components as per specifications and engineering drawings.
    • Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on hydraulic equipment and machinery.
    • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of hydraulic systems.
    • Diagnose and address hydraulic system malfunctions, such as leaks, pressure issues, and component failures.
    • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to devise and execute improvement initiatives for hydraulic systems.
    • Follow safety protocols and procedures when working with hydraulic equipment and tools.
    • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including parts inventory and service reports.
    • Offer technical support and guidance to junior fitters and maintenance staff when necessary.
    • Keep abreast of advancements in hydraulic technology and suggest upgrades or modifications to enhance system efficiency.
    Requirements:
    • ITI Fitter certification with 5-10 years of proven experience in hydraulic fitting and maintenance.
    • Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
    • Solid understanding of hydraulic principles, components, and systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, and hoses.
    • Ability to effectively utilize hydraulic testing equipment and diagnostic tools.
    • Excellent troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
    • Good communication abilities to engage with colleagues, supervisors, and external stakeholders.
    • Flexibility to work in Ghaziabad or Sikandarabad locations as needed.
    • Current residency in Uttar Pradesh preferred.
