Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Lucknow for the position of Chief Executive Officer for an upcoming Consumer Durable Brand of hairstyling tools.

The role entails various day-to-day tasks associated with executive leadership, strategic decision-making, and overall management of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

The incumbent would report to the MD and be responsible with:Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectivesLead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial teamOversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and missionMake high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profitsEnforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics, Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing electronic manufacturing operations.

Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks.
Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvementsBuild trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholdersAnalyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growthMaintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company

Qualifications

Have 18+ years of experience in business leadership and rising from sales and marketing in consumer electronics (Preferably Hair styling Tools)Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable from a institute of repute.

PMP CertifiedHave an analytical and a entrepreneurial bent of mindVisionary thinking with the ability to anticipate market trends and develop innovative strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Demonstrated ability to navigate complex business challenges and lead change initiatives with resilience and adaptability.
