Location: Nagpur
Reports to: Managing Director, Eroth NetLink Solutions India Pvt Ltd, Nagpur
Qualification: MBA in Sales and Marketing
Market information and business knowledge are essential. You will be responsible for selling internet lease line and other telecom products with targets set by the company.
Team Management:
Leading teams of 10-25 people within Sales, Telecom Sales & Marketing. Experience is a must.
Salary Structure: ₹30K - ₹35K per month

We offer dedicated 24X7 customer support, providing complete solutions for internet and intranet services, data center, networking, web and mail hosting.
We have established one of the largest fibre optic extended LAN networks, spanning over 5,000 kms across 15+ cities in Maharashtra and growing. Our free public WiFi project in Thane City has successfully implemented over 300 access points. We strive to make internet services available to everyone.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will build company value by providing vision, leadership, strategy, and general management skills to grow the company as a key player in the telecom industry.
Develop and implement a strategic plan to further the company's vision, mission, strategies, and objectives, promoting revenue, profitability, and growth.
Work with a top-tier management team to develop, manufacture, and sell world-class products and services, act as the company's key face, develop new customers and channels to market, manage existing customer and channel partner relationships, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure overall revenue and profit goals are achieved and shareholder value is delivered.
Collaborate with the Board of Directors to fulfill all required public company governance functions, develop an open and communicative relationship with the Board, provide informal and formal updates on Company strategy, performance, management direction, and decisions, and lead the investor relations function by representing the Company to shareholders, analysts, brokers, funds, etc.
Develop, review, and refine the Company's business strategy, and execute that strategy to obtain a leading position in the marketplace.
Ensure revenue growth is achieved in a responsible and profitable manner, both organically and through successful completion of mergers and acquisitions.
Work with the management team to satisfy consumer needs, develop and nurture new and existing customers, partnerships, strategic alliances, and other market opportunities.
Be the chief steward of the Company, ensuring the company is well-positioned in the public marketplace, and build relationships and credibility with outside investors to provide necessary resources to fund and grow the Company.
Be the primary spokesperson for the Company in all interactions with the press, the financial community, and the public markets.
Provide high-level strategic and tactical leadership to the Board and the management team.
Motivate a high-performance, innovative, and results-driven organization.
Develop performance measurements and ensure these metrics are achieved.
Prior Experience Required
Experience in leading a sizable team in previous organizations.
Minimum 15 years of experience with strong business handling and deliverable skills.
