    We are conducting Walk-in-Interview for Help Desk Engineer who have 0-1 year of work experience with good communication & strong technical skills. Please find below details for the interview.

    Job Description

    1. To configure, install, support and maintain IT hardware and software - PCs, laptops, printer, Windows operating systems, applications software, mobile

    2. Responsible for Helpdesk Support on desktop software & hardware and work with service providers in case of hardware failure

    3. To follow up procurement & delivery of hardware/software that are required by users

    4. Takes responsibility for projects as assigned timelines and deliverables

    5. Basic networking skills to include TCP/IP, DNS, WINS and DHCP with exposure to desktop network connectivity diagnostics and troubleshooting (LAN, WAN , Multicast ,Firewall)

    6. Versed in various remote access technologies (VPN, RDP,)

    7. Versed in supporting the Microsoft Office 365, Outlook/word/excel

    8. Installing and configuring office computer systems windows and MAC laptop/Desktop.

    9. Meeting with user to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues in office or in Remote.

    10.Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.

    11. Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.

    12. Maintaining good client relations.

    13. Tracking and managing work records.

    14. Compiling job reports.
