    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team at Agrinext Consultancy. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and maintaining excellent customer relationships. This is a full-time position based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work well in a team and independently
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Knowledge of the agro industry is a plus

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assist the sales team in achieving their sales targets by coordinating sales activities and providing necessary support
    • Maintain and develop excellent customer relationships by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and sales events
    • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales and promotional materials
    • Keep track of sales data and maintain accurate records of sales activities
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities
    • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, arranging travel, and preparing expense reports
