    Job Title: Legal Manager.

    About the Role

    The role is a legal position involving corporate advisory and litigation management. The incumbent will support the business on day-to-day corporate matters while independently managing litigation, court cases, and coordination with external counsels and stakeholders.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements including vendor agreements, service agreements NDAs MOUs partnership channel agreements
    • Providing legal advice to business teams on operational regulatory contractual matters
    • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws internal policies risk mitigation frameworks
    • Supporting internal stakeholders with legal opinions contract interpretations issue resolution
