Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for freshers based in Bengaluru, India, with some flexibility for remote work. The selected candidate will assist in lead generation initiatives, communicate effectively with prospects to schedule appointments, and support the sales team by organizing and maintaining prospect databases. Additionally, they will contribute to email and outbound campaigns, perform market research, and provide necessary client interaction support.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build relationships with prospects.
- Basic understanding of lead generation and sales processes, with a keen interest in B2B marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in organizational skills, research, and data management for maintaining accurate and updated prospect databases.
- Ability to contribute to email and outbound marketing campaigns with creativity and detail orientation.
- Resilience, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a dynamic startup environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
