We follow C K Prahlad's Fortune at the Bottom of the Pyramid model and focus on making coffee grown in Koraput sustainable for the producers and everyone involved in the value chain. Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista or Brew Master to join our team at Kruti Coffee. As a Barista or Brew Master, you will play a key role in creating magical coffee drinks using our organic Arabica coffee grown in Koraput. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 5 years of experience as a Barista and possess a strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and the ability to create latte art. This is a full-time position located in Brahmapur, Odisha, India, with Kruti Retail Ventures LLP.
