    Job Overview

    SolidEdge Industries is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and maximizing revenue in the assigned territory. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the PVC edge band tapes industry ,laminate industry, plywood industry, particle board industry and hot melt glue industry only.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the PVC edge band tapes industry, laminate industry, plywood industry, particle board industry and hot melt glue industry only.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities
    • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
    • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
    • Willingness to travel within the assigned area
    • know local language

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned area
    • Manage a team of sales representatives, provide guidance and support, and track their performance
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
    • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
