    Position Overview:

    As a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Unacademy, you will be a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert guidance and support on all aspects of human resources management. You will collaborate closely with department heads and executives to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with organizational objectives and drive employee engagement, retention, and performance. The Senior HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging their expertise in HR best practices to address complex people-related challenges and drive positive change across the organization. The Senior HRBP should be extraordinary into Excel. Must have HR Analytics skill.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals and drive organizational growth.

    Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR topics, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational design.

    Lead the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, such as performance reviews, talent assessments, succession planning, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

    Conduct regular assessments of organizational health and employee engagement, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address issues.

    Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with the company's values and culture.

    Serve as a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, driving awareness and fostering a culture of belonging throughout the organization.

    Lead or contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior leadership or the HR leadership team.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

    5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HR business partnering and strategic HR leadership.

    Demonstrated expertise in HR best practices, including talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and HR compliance.

    Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives and programs.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

    Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects from conception to completion.

    SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
