    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Field Sales for our platform in India.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading high-performance field sales teams, a deep understanding of the education technology landscape, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic planning and effective execution.


    Responsibilities:

    Leadership and Team Management:

    • Lead and inspire a highperforming field sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
    • Foster a collaborative and resultsdriven culture within the sales team, emphasizing continuous improvement and professional development.

    Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the overall business objectives to drive revenue growth.
    • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisionmaking.

    Market Expansion:

    • Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion, working closely
    with cross-functional teams to ensure successful entry into new regions.

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including
    educational institutions, government bodies, and industry partners.


    Sales Performance Optimization:

    • Implement effective sales processes and methodologies to optimize
    performance and enhance efficiency.

    • Monitor sales metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to
    improve overall sales effectiveness.


    Customer Acquisition and Retention:

    • Develop and execute customer acquisition plans to drive user growth and
    increase market share.

    • Implement retention strategies to ensure longterm customer satisfaction
    and loyalty.


    Training and Development:

    • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales
    team to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer

    engagement.

    • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant training
    modules.


    Collaboration with Marketing:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with
    marketing initiatives and ensure consistent messaging.

    • Provide feedback to marketing for the development of impactful sales
    collateral.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
    • 10+ Proven experience in leading field sales teams in the EdTech industry.
    • Indepth knowledge of the Indian education market and trends.
    • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to travel extensively as required.
