    Job Description:

    We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Program Manager to lead our customer engagement initiatives and product quality events within the Customer Success team. This role is pivotal in designing, executing, and managing customer outreach programs, including workshops, seminars, and interactive sessions, as well as coordinating comprehensive bug bashes both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will facilitate meaningful interactions between customers and product teams, and organize events that foster collaborative problem-solving and product improvement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Customer Outreach Programs: Develop and manage comprehensive customer outreach programs aimed at enhancing customer engagement and loyalty. Organize workshops, seminars, and other interactive events to educate and engage with our customer base.
    • Event Management: Plan and execute various events, including bug bashes, to gather customer feedback on product usability and identify areas for improvement. Ensure events are well-coordinated, meet objectives, and provide value to both customers and the company.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of customer outreach programs with overall business goals and customer success strategies.
    • Customer-Product Team Interaction: Facilitate regular interactions between customers and product teams, including customer calls and feedback sessions, to ensure direct communication and engagement.
    • Program Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of customer outreach programs and events. Provide regular reports to stakeholders on program outcomes, customer feedback, and recommended actions.
    • Feedback Loop: Ensure valuable insights gathered from customer interactions and events are effectively communicated to relevant teams, contributing to product improvement and customer experience enhancement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in program management, event planning, or a similar role, with a focus on customer engagement and product improvement initiatives.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
    • Experience in facilitating events and programs that foster direct customer engagement and feedback.

    Desired Skills:

    • Creative and innovative approach to engagement strategies and problem-solving.
    • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire collaboration across teams and departments.
    • Familiarity with CRM, event management and data analysis tools.
    • Adaptability to respond to changing priorities and customer needs.
