Job Title: Head of Operations- Karnataka (India Sweet House)

( Recommended - Food industry/QSR) etc

Location: Bangalore

Role Overview:

As the Head of Operations (Karnataka), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the operational efficiency of our ISH outlets across various locations. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between different departments, maintaining consistency in service standards, and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with revenue and customer experience goals.

2. Define and track KPIs related to revenue generation, including average transaction value, sales growth, and profit margins.

3. Establish KPIs for customer experience metrics such as customer satisfaction scores and customer retention rates.

4. Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth through menu optimization, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.

5. Lead efforts to enhance the customer experience through initiatives such as staff training, service standards development, and technology integration.

6. Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

7. Drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness across all operational processes while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.

8. Implement systems and processes to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in all outlets.

9. Provide leadership and guidance to regional managers and store managers to ensure alignment with company objectives and KPIs.

10. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Proven experience in a senior operations management role within the QSR industry, preferably with exposure to multi-unit operations.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving operational improvements.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis.

Familiarity with relevant software and tools for operations management, such as POS systems and inventory management software.

Flexibility to travel frequently to different locations as required.
