    JobDescription: Manager EHS
    1. Developingand implementing an HSE Policy by providing achievable objectivesand targets. Support the management in the introduction andenforcement of occupational safety health and environmentstandards.
    2. Work and coordinate with the SafetyHealth and Environment Committee to set up safety procedures andensuring it is totally integrated within the operational systems.
    3. Overall planning of occupational health safetyand environment activities.
    4. Lead ISO14001 andISO45001 system to ensure the compliance with ISO requirement andcan be demonstrated. ISO14001 ISO45001
    5. Providesupport for EHS programs energy savings sustainability andcontinuous performance improvement
    6. Ensure thefulfillment of EHS procedures/Cooperate Directives and providesuggestion for continuous improvement.
    7. Regularly prepare and conduct the training ofFire Drill First Aid Safety Awareness etc.
    8. Communicate to all department leaders thecontent of the Health Safety Environmental and its requirements.
    9. Organize team to identify any potential riskswhich may cause accident to obstruct hazardous activities whichexpose to such risks and notify to both individuals and managers.
    10. Define PPE and occupational health physicalexamination program. Ensure all PPEs are in right conditionsufficient for employees. PPE management
    11. Record accidents and follow up/track thepreventive countermeasure accordingly. Coordinate the accidentinvestigation report accidents and followup on legal processes andrecommendations arising there from. Lead the timely completion ofAccident and Nearmiss investigations
    12. Promote apositive EHS culture at all levels of the organization able toinfluence and motivate team in continuous EHS improvement inoverall EHS
    13. Issue develop and maintain safetyregulations. In liaison with line manager to ensure theseregulations and combined in the work instruction and respected byemployee
    14. Communicate with local governmentwhich related to EHS and pass the information to plant manager.
    15. Manager/supervise the environmental protectiontreatment system and make sure the discharge meets the requirement.

    RequiredExperience
    1. Diploma/BE/MESafety Background
    2. Advanced Diploma inIndustrial Safety
    3. Relevant work experience 812Years
    4. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
    5. Good on Leadershipteamwork capability and analysiscapability
    6. Comprehensive capability andknowledge of EHS management
    7. End to end EHSmanagement.
