Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our technical projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in .NET, SQL, and Azure, combined with excellent project management skills. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning and execution of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and testers, to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and track key milestones, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
• Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial targets.
• Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement lessons learned.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in project management and technology, applying knowledge to enhance project delivery processes.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role, managing complex technical projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong technical expertise in .NET, SQL, and Azure, with the ability to understand and guide technical discussions.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and maintain detailed project plans, track project progress, and manage project budgets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in an Agile environment, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and tools.
• PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

• Must have 10+ years of experience in IT.
• Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies with .NET MVC, C#, sql and Azure.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.
