    The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

    • Analyzing User Stories/Requirements to identify test scope and validate solutions.
    • Designing and executing smoke, functional, regression, API, and data migration test cases within a sprint framework.
    • Collaborating with module test leads to design and execute end-to-end functional integration test cases before deployment.
    • Analyzing test results and ensuring issues are addressed through defect management.
    • Maintaining accuracy, coverage, and traceability of test cases.
    • Reporting test activities and metrics to module test leads.
    • Working closely with business consultants, business users, and development teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
    • Identifying risks and key issues affecting quality and collaborating with project teams to mitigate them.
    • Adhering to best practices in testing while continuously improving quality and productivity.

    The ideal candidate should possess:

    • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 4-6 years of Quality Assurance experience.
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Quality Analyst.
    • Experience handling testing for Sales cloud, particularly in Lead to Order, Customer & Contract process, and Quote area.
    • Proficiency in APIs and API testing tools, including Postman.
    • Experience with Data Migration Testing is an added advantage.
    • Background in end-to-end testing processes and methods in Salesforce environment, including System Integration Testing.
    • In-depth understanding of Salesforce capabilities and constraints.
    • Experience defining and reporting QA metrics for defined releases.
    • Experience executing testing in an Agile/Scrum methodology.
    • Admin Certification in Salesforce is an added advantage.
    • Experience in Test Automation with Tools like TOSCA or any other Test automation Tool is an added advantage.
    • Experience with Service Cloud/Marketing/Experience (Partner) cloud testing is an added advantage.

    General Skills:

    • Strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication (written and oral) and documentation skills in English.
    • Self-organized and structured person.
