    Summary :
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Azure Active Directory Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad.

    In this role, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing our organization's identity and access management (IAM) solutions using Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).

    You will be responsible for user provisioning, access control, multi-factor authentication (MFA), device management, application integration, and security configuration.


    Responsibilities :
    User Management and Access Control :

    • Manage user lifecycles in Azure AD, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and synchronization with onpremises Active Directory (if applicable).
    • Implement rolebased access control (RBAC) to grant users least privilege access to organizational resources.
    Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) :


    • Configure and manage Azure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for enhanced security.
    • Integrate Azure MFA with Network Policy Server (NPS) for secure access to Remote Desktop Services (RDS) and Virtual Private Networks (VPNs).

    Device Management :

    • Implement Azure Active Directory device management to ensure device compliance and security.

    Application Integration :

    • Configure and manage enterprise applications and app registrations in Azure AD.
    • Utilize Azure Application Proxy for secure access to onpremises web applications.

    Federation and Single Sign-On (SSO) :

    • Manage Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) for hybrid identity scenarios (if applicable).
    • Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) for seamless access to cloud and onpremises applications.

    Security and Compliance :

    • Implement Windows Hello for Business for enhanced user authentication and security.
    • Utilize Azure Identity Protection for risk management and threat detection.

    Troubleshooting and Analytics :

    • Possess strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve Azure AD related issues.
    • Analyze logs and traces captured using tools like Fiddler and Netmon to identify and address access problems.

    Communication and Collaboration :

    • Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
    • Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure optimal identity and access management practices.

    Skills and Qualifications :

    • 37 years of experience in identity and access management (IAM) with a focus on Azure AD.
    • Strong understanding of Azure AD concepts, including user management, access control, MFA, device management, application integration, and security features.
    • Experience with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) (a plus).
    • Working knowledge of authentication protocols like SAML, Kerberos, and OAuth.
    • Experience with troubleshooting tools like Fiddler and Netmon.
    • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
