    This is an individual contributor leadership position and will report through to Finance Operations Strategy and Enablement Lead

    Job Summary:

    As the Global Shared Services RPA, Automation, Workflow, and Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and drive data-driven decision-making within our shared services organization. You will collaborate with functional leaders in P2P, OTI, OTC, and R2R to identify RPA projects, workflow automation, and data analytics opportunities. Your role is to deliver innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement initiatives across our global shared services centers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and prioritize opportunities for automation and workflow enhancements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain solutions.
    • Lead the development and execution of strategies for RPA (Robotic Process Automation), workflow automation, and process optimization within shared services.
    • Develop and maintain data reporting and visualization tools to provide actionable insights.
    • Provide system administration support for platforms such as Blackline, Sidetrade, and others used in shared services.
    • Continuously evaluate and enhance shared services operations, aiming to improve efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and streamline processes.
    • Utilize RPA, automation, and data analytics to drive operational excellence and cost savings.
    • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations and align automation and analytics initiatives with business goals.
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of automation processes, workflows, by using tools like Lucidchart, Signavio Alteryx etc.
    • Ensure that all activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
    • Work closely with the SSC Continuous Improvement lead and our Global Process Owners to automate opportunities for process simplification that arise.
    • Work closely with the NIQ IT Organization to funnel automation opportunities where necessary and build out ROI and business cases
    • Ensuring that automation projects comply with data security, privacy regulations, and risk management policies.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
    • At least 10 years of hands-on experience in leading RPA, automation, workflow, and analytics projects within a shared services or similar environment.
    • Demonstrated experience with Alteryx, data analytics, and reporting tools.
    • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver measurable operational improvements.
    • Knowledge of compliance and risk management within shared services operations.
    • Data and tech savvy
    • Working knowledge and expertise of Teams, Power BI and other reporting and workflow tools
    • Excited to explore and exploit AI and Generative AI to help with reporting and analytics
    • 5-7 years of progressive Finance / Shared Services/Global Business Services experience, would be helpful
    • Proven expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and workflow automation, with a strong understanding of relevant technologies and tools.
    • Proficiency in data analytics platforms, with a focus on Alteryx, data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for process improvement.
    • Experience in system administration for platforms like Blackline and Sidetrade.
    • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to foster innovation and collaboration.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    • A track record of driving operational improvements, cost savings, and automation initiatives within a global shared services context.
    • Project Management Skills and Experience would be important
    • Vendor Management Skills or experience would be highly valuable as we work with external parties.
    • Helping develop functional KPIs through automated reporting.
