    Overall Salesforce Expertise (6+ Years) :

    • You'll be a seasoned Salesforce Administrator with a deep understanding of the platform's configuration, user management, and customization capabilities.

    Platform Administration and Maintenance :

    • You'll manage user accounts and profiles, ensuring appropriate access and security controls are in place.
    • You'll configure custom fields, record types, page layouts, and picklists to tailor Salesforce to your organization's specific needs.
    • You'll set up and manage workflow rules and processes to automate tasks and optimize business processes.

    Reporting and Analytics :

    • You'll be skilled at creating custom reports and dashboards to surface key metrics and insights from Salesforce data.
    • These reports and dashboards will empower your team to make datadriven decisions.

    End-User Support :

    • You'll be a goto person for all things Salesforce, providing training to new users and troubleshooting any issues they encounter.

    Service Cloud Specialization :

    Certifications :

    • A minimum requirement is the Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201).
