Job Purpose

Responsible for all Utility & Maintenance-Ensure availability of utility at optimum cost as per production plan.

Experience Required: 9 to 12 Year

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech - Mechanical

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify bottlenecks in equipment operation and provide effective solutions to improve efficiency.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment to reduce the risk of unexpected failures.
• Respond promptly to breakdown maintenance issues to minimize production interruptions.
• Oversee the generation and supply of utilities required for operations.
• Analyze data to plan corrective actions and optimize equipment performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability at minimal cost.
• Conduct studies to identify and eliminate recurring failures, improving overall equipment reliability.
• Optimize resource utilization to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
• Lead and implement improvement projects to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to equipment maintenance and safety.
• Implement 5S practices, Balanced Scorecard (BSC), and Integrated Management System (IMS) to streamline operations and enhance performance.
• Develop technical competency among engineers and fitters through training and mentorship programs.
• Prepare and analyze maintenance cost reports to identify areas for cost-saving measures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors for equipment procurement and maintenance services.
• Participate in budget preparation and monitor spending related to maintenance activities.
