    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Executive (HR) to join our team at Webmull. As an Admin Executive (HR), you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and supporting the HR function. This is a full-time position based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. We welcome freshers with less than 1 year of experience to apply for this role.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
    • Understanding of HR policies and procedures
    • Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes is a plus
    • Experience with HRIS or HR software is a plus
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
    • Prepare and maintain HR records, such as employee files, attendance records, and performance evaluations
    • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities
    • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including document verification and orientation
    • Handle employee queries and provide necessary support, ensuring timely resolution
    • Manage and update employee leave records, attendance, and timesheets
    • Assist in payroll administration and maintain accurate employee records
    • Support HR initiatives, such as employee engagement, performance management, and policy implementation
    • Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
    • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR information

    Eligibility:

    Any Fresher with a bachler or masters from the relavance field.
