DRIVER
- PICK UP AND DROP JOB DESCRIPTION KEY PURPOSE The role of Driver
- Pick and Drop is to receive and deliver vehicles from customers doorstep as per direction given by Customer Relationship Manager.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To ensure high level of safety while driving a vehicle on road. To write down all the verbatim of customer on the job card at the time of receiving vehicle. To take vehicle inventory along with customer while picking up or dropping the vehicle. To follow other directions given in Pick & Drop SOPs. To ensure no damage to the vehicle and follow driving and parking SOPs meticulously. To ensure prompt and timely service to achieve high level of customer satisfaction. SKILLS REQUIREMENT Should possess valid four-wheeler driving license. Must be very disciplined and follow safety standard. Should show high degree of accuracy. Should have good listening ability and exhibit confidence. EDUCATION Any person with valid four-wheeler driving license. EXPERIENCE Minimum years of four-wheeler driving experience. Must have worked as Driver
