We exist to fix the wrong that has been done to farmers and food in the last few decades. Our resolve is to make it right for both.     As a Digital Marketer for the Good Food Movement (GFM) team, you will play a crucial role in driving targeted traffic to our website and social media channels, utilizing their expertise in social media ads, Google Ads, and YouTube ads. You should be a great people person "with all your wins are yours, and all your failures are mine" approach in growing and building the teams.

    The position is based out of Bangalore and You will report to the Lead - Good Food Movement and shall perform the following specific functions.

    Roles And Responsibilities.

    • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads/sales.
    • Utilize various digital marketing channels including but not limited to social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
    • Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, , etc., to reach target audiences effectively.
    • Plan, implement, and monitor Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Video) to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
    • Create and manage YouTube advertising campaigns, including video ad creation, targeting, and optimization.
    • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and incorporate them into strategies and campaigns.
    • Adequate knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot, MailModo, etc.

    Education and Work Experience Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. with 3 to 5 years of work experience in digital marketing with a focus on driving traffic and conversions.

    Additional Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge:

    • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing social media advertising campaigns across various platforms.
    • Expertise in Google Ads and Google Analytics, with a strong understanding of PPC advertising principles.
    • Experience with YouTube advertising, including video ad creation and optimization.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
