    MaxAircon is seeking a motivatedand dynamic individual to join our team as a Service Coordinator.As a Service Coordinator you will play a crucial role incoordinating and managing service requests scheduling appointmentsand ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for agraduate fresher who is proficient in Hindi English and Marathilanguages and has a strong desire to learn and grow in the HVACindustry.

    FundamentalRequirements:

    1.Bachelors degree in anyfield.

    2.Fluent in Hindi English andMarathilanguages.

    3.Strong communication andinterpersonalskills.

    4.Excellent organizational andmultitaskingabilities.

    5.Basic computer skillsincluding proficiency in Microsoft Officeapplications.

    6.Customerfocused mindset witha commitment to delivering highqualityservice.

    7.Ability to work efficientlyboth independently and as part of ateam.

    8.Prior experience in customerservice or coordination roles is preferred but notrequired.

    9.Knowledge of HVAC systems orrelated industry experience would be anadvantage.



    Requirements

    KeyResponsibilities:

    1.Receive service requestsfrom customers via phone email or inperson.

    2.Coordinate with techniciansto schedule service appointments based on customer needs andtechnicianavailability.

    3.Maintain accurate records ofservice requests appointments and customerinteractions.

    4.Communicate with customersto provide updates on service appointments estimated arrival timesand anydelays.

    5.Follow up with customersafter service appointments to ensure satisfaction and address anyconcerns.

    6.Collaborate with thetechnical team to ensure timely completion of service tasks andresolution ofissues.

    7.Assist in maintaininginventory of spare parts and equipment needed for servicecalls.

    8.Generate reports on serviceactivities including completed jobs pending tasks and customerfeedback.

    9.Handle billing inquiries andprocess payments fromcustomers.

    10.Provide administrativesupport to the service department asneeded.
