    RolesandResponsibilities:
    • Developand implement overall talent acquisition strategies and plans toattract highquality candidates for various positions within theorganization.
    • Conduct job analysis and createjob descriptions in collaboration with concernperson.
    • Utilize various recruitment sourcessuch as job portals social media alumni networks etc. to attractpotential candidates.
    • Review incoming jobapplications and screen resumes to identify suitablecandidates.
    • Conduct initial phone screeningsand interviews to assess candidates skills experience andqualifications.
    • Coordinate with hiring managersto schedule and conduct facetofaceinterviews.
    • Manage the entire recruitmentprocess from sourcing to onboarding ensuring a smooth and efficientcandidate experience.
    • Negotiate and finalizejob offers with selected candidates.
    • Developand maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies andpartners.
    • Coordinate background checks andother preemployment screeningprocesses.
    • Facilitate the onboarding processfor newly hired employees ensuring they have all necessaryinformation and resources.
    • Oversee payrolladministration to ensure accurate and timely payrollprocessing.
    • Collect and verify employeetimekeeping data and calculate wages deductions and overtimepay.
    • Maintain employee records and ensurecompliance with legal and companyrequirements.
    • Resolve any issues ordiscrepancies related to payroll including employee queries andconcerns.
    • Stay updated on industry trends andbest practices to continually enhance talent acquisition andpayroll processes.
    • Attend conferences seminarsand networking events to expand professionalknowledge.
    • Utilize technology and softwaretools to streamline and automate recruitment and payrollprocesses.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelorsdegree in human resources business administration or a relatedfield preferred.
    • Proven experience in talentacquisition and payroll preferably in a similarrole.
    • Knowledge of recruitment best practicesand emerging trends.
    • Familiarity with payrollsystems and processes.
    • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizationaland multitasking abilities.
    • Attention to detailand ability to maintain strictconfidentiality.
    • Proficiency in HR software andMicrosoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a teamenvironment.
