Position: AI/ML Engineer

Location: Nagpur/Pune/Chennai/Bangalore

Purpose of the Position: As an AI/ML Engineer, this position requires candidate who are enthusiastic about specialized skills in machine learning, programming, data analysis, and problem-solving. As a member of the team, you will help our clients, by building Models that supports to progress on their AI ML journey.

Key Result Areas and Activities:

• Share and Build Expertise Develop and share expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning domain and actively mine the experience and expertise in the organization for sharing across teams and clients in the firm. Support the Business Consulting COE initiatives.
• Nurture and Grow Talent Provide support for recruitment, coaching and mentoring, and building practice capacity in the firm in AI space.
• Design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and AI Solutions.
• Implement end-to-end solutions, from data collection and preprocessing to model training and deployment.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to understand business requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions.
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Evaluate and improve existing machine learning models for performance optimization and scalability.

Work and Technical Experience:

Essential Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI Solutions in a production environment.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or others commonly used in AI/ML development.
• Experience working on Natural Language Toolkit (NLTK) Library for natural language processing.
• Strong with SQL and Data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision techniques.

Desirable Skills:

• Work experience with open source/managed products.
• Well-versed in automation technologies and Shell Scripting.
• Possession of Dockers, Kubernetes, and Data bricks expertise.
• Knowledge of version control software, such as Git and Bitbucket.
• Possess understanding of cloud platforms and their corresponding AI/ML services.
• Experience with popular machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

• Overall work experience of 6-8 years with minimum of 5 years experience on Machine Learning or Gen AI projects.
• Experience with or knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies.
• Technical certifications that attribute to continuous learning aspirations.
