B8R Homes is a new age real estate services company based in Gurugram. Our objective is to redefine the living experience for tenants and simplify the ownership experience for landlords.
We are a raidly growing bootstrapped startup and currently operational in NCR region.
Role Description
This is a full-time Operations Executive role at B8R Homes. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Onboarding new business that is generated by our partners
2. Survey and drafting condition reports of properties under management
3. Liasing with refurbishment partners for creating commercial quotes for refurbishment and furnishing
4. Overseeing refurbishment works and drafting end of project reports
Also, you wil be required to orovide feedback to the team and help us define the next set of services
This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work being located in Gurugram but also includes some flexibility for remote work.
