Key Responsibilities

• Visit villages, farms, and FPOs to onboard farmers and act as their primary point of contact.
• Train farmers (1:1 and group) on KhetPe app usage in local languages, aligned to crops and practices.
• Support farmers in understanding and acting on advisories (weather, irrigation, crop intelligence, markets).
• Resolve field-level queries, collect structured feedback, and escalate insights to internal teams.
• Track farmer adoption and re-engage inactive users through follow-ups and refresher training.
• Conduct GPS-verified ground-truth data collection and field observations to support satellite validation and data accuracy.

Ideal Candidate

• 25 years of experience in agricultural extension, rural outreach, or field engagement roles.
• Prior work with farmers, FPOs, or rural institutions preferred.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi/Marathi (or relevant local language).
• Comfortable with smartphones, mobile apps, and extensive rural travel.
• Practical understanding of crops, irrigation, and seasonal farming decisions.

Patient, trustworthy, self-driven, and detail-oriented, with the resilience to work independently in rural environments.
