    Position Overview:

    We are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Manager of Talent Technologies to lead the seamless integration and implementation of state-of-the-art talent technology solutions including Performance Management, Learning & Development, Succession Planning, and Internal Talent Mobility. This role is all about propelling projects from their genesis to fruition, adhering closely to the Product management model, instituting solid project governance, and dynamically engaging with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience with project managing Workday Talent solutions as well other AI-enabled Talent solutions, driving project success while skilfully navigating both the strategic and administrative facets to synchronize with our overarching business goals and amplify employee experiences through innovative technology solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management of Talent technology initiatives : Structure the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Talent technology solutions.
  • Agile Project Management Excellence and Governance: Ensure projects follow the Product management model, employing Agile for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timely delivery, and budget constraints.
  • Project Risk Management , including risk and issue logging, and proactive measures to achieve milestones within budget and schedule.
  • Collaborative Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal/external stakeholders including HR strategy leaders, product owners, process managers, developers, and end-users to define project goals, scope, timelines, governance, resources, and budgets while managing risks and issues. Present project updates to steering committee groups and other stakeholders.
  • Project Collaboration and Administration: Create and manage project collaboration sites using Agile tools for document management, scheduling, and progress tracking. Ensure transparent communication and documentation practices.
  • Transparent Communication and Feedback Integration: Provide consistent updates to stakeholders and integrate feedback mechanisms into project processes for ongoing improvement, leveraging Agile metrics for clarity and effectiveness.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field, complemented by certifications such as PMP, CSM, SHRM-CP/SCP, HRIM, CAPM, or ITIL.
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly within HR technology implementations, with a robust understanding of Agile methodologies and use of JIRA.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, coupled with a strong aptitude for managing complex project landscapes.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing budgets, timelines, and project quality, with a keen eye for identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Adept at change management, with a deep understanding of HR processes and systems, and the capacity to drive technology adoption smoothly.
