    Description

    The ideal candidate should have experience working with Payment Domain, responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.

    Good to Have Skills

    • Very strong understanding of domestic and cross border payments Ex: SEPA and SWIFT
    • Strong experience in developing and elaborating Features, EPICs and stories along with acceptance criteria
    • Experience in analyzing existing systems, flows and develop requirements
    • Ability to work closely with business stakeholders to understand high level requirements
    • Ability to conduct User acceptance testing and business verification
    • Ability to provide test/reference data for various scenarios
    • Ability to conduct ceremonies at squad and tribe level such as product demo, stand up, defect reviews, product training etc
    • Closely work with development and test team to provide detailed understanding of end to end functionality
    • Provide support in developing non-functional requirements
    • Good understanding of user experience
    • Strong experience with iterative delivery using scrum/Kanban/SAFe
    • Strong experience in collaboration tools such as JIRA, confluence etc.
    • Product based mindset
    • Ability to make decision, provide direction, manage stakeholders, influence outcome, identify risks/issues, share knowledge, collaborate and create content

    Qualifications

    • BE/B-Tech/M-Tech Computers/MCA
    • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
