    ResponsibilitiesAct on Incidents reported by our network management toolsAct on Incidents reported by the customer ( via our service desk )Practively test & upgrade software on various devicesAnalyse capacity management reports & propose improvementsPrepare and execute Change requestsRemotely Configure new devicesInteract with multiple teams (Helpdesk , Customer , Service delivery Mgr.

    )Make technical advisory / designs for customer network migrations.
    Make technical advisory to improve customer security environment.
    Communicate & raise incidents to 3the party (vendors / telecom providers )Create and update documentation sets.
    Propose improvement plans (technical & human activity)Proactively seek guidance from peers and seniors where required.
    Team presentations on your activitiesPropose improvements for our our network management tools / Configuration.
    Analyse reporting before used by Service Delivery ManagerUnderstand vendor product / solution evolutions.
    This role involves client interaction. The scope of products / vendors covers –Cisco (Routing & SDWAN, ACI / Catalyst & Nexus Switching / Aironet Wireless /ASA/Firepower Firewall, PRIME, ISE)Meraki (Wireless / Firewall / SDWAN)F5 (LTM, ASM, APM, GTM )Fortinet (Firewall, Forti Manager)Palo Alto (Firewall, Panaroma)

    • Specialized SkillsMinimum 10 years' relevant experience ( see list of vendors )Hands on experience to work in an ITIL structured organisation dealing withIncident / Change / Problem managementHands on experience in handling any of major IT infrastructure vendorproducts such as Cisco , Meraki , F5 , Fortinet , Palo Alto.
    Expert with implementing and supporting routing protocols.
    Experience with Wireshark or other protocol analyzers.
    Configuring network & security devices with end to end security in mind.
    Configuring end to end Quality of ServiceTroubleshout using traffic analysers , netflow colectors , capacity managementtools.
    Understand to interprete wireless ( WIFI ) site survey reportsExecute / tune wireless ( WIFI ) radio management.
    Incident Report Document writing.
    Documentation ( MS Word ) & drawing ( MS Visio ) updatesParticipating in Team & Customer meetings.

    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English language.
    Understanding of NetApp storage array & Brocade FC switch architecture.

    Good understanding of NetworksPrevious experience of working with project team & deliver as per designGood understanding & working knowledge on HP-UX, LINUX, Windows 2008+, VMware ESXi.

    Good understanding of Cloud & Virtualized environmentsGood Understanding of ITIL processesBasic understanding of ZertoKnowledge of Backups systems will be a bonus.
