- Responsible for Monthly Closing activities (Fixed Assets addition/deletion, prepaid entries, Interbranch accounting).
- Journal Entry uploading in ERP & SNOW portal. Tracking the status of posting and subsequent reversal.
- Preparing & analysing monthly MIS Report, Balance Sheet Schedules for internal audits & business performance review.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, AP Vendor Invoice Booking and follow-up for intercompany Invoices.
- Coordinating with Branch commercials for monthly provision.
- Coordinating with internal departments (AR, AP, Treasury Tax) for timely submission of details & monthly closing entries.
- Knowledge in Accounts Reconciliation / General Ledger Reconciliation / Vendors Reconciliation.
- Assisting in Internal & Statutory Audits
- Liaison with internal team & resolving audit queries.
