Requirements:

Strong verbal communication and presentation skills

Proficiency in MS Excel

Confidence in making outbound calls

Basic understanding of sales processes

Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints

Goal-oriented and self-motivated

Patient and able to handle customer rejection

Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) is a plus.
