    Description

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Meet sales targets and in line with the organizational business objectives and strategy.

    Ability to handle END to End Sales process with minimum supervision.

    Building an achievable pipeline with the given targets.

    Ability to close deals within the required time frame.

    Building a relationship with Prospects and Clients.

    An attitude that can match the culture of the company.

    Good Presentation and inter-personal skills.

    Work closely with the support team to meet the customer requirement.

    Be proactive in closing activities before they get escalated.

    Understands clients' needs and qualify opportunities in line with our business focus

    Maintain the Business Development databases.

    Maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports.

    Researching & understanding new trends in the industry.

    Internal coordination for proposal/project deliveries

    Job Required

    Degree in Marketing (MBA/BBA) is preferred. However, Candidates from other vertical having strong communication Skills may also apply.

    Excellent organizational & leadership skills

    Good understanding of business models for the relevant geographic market will be an add on.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, client executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

    Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

    Must be open to travel (national & international).
