- Conducts followup on hardbids
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement andclosing sales
- Gathering market and customerinformation
- Negotiating on price costs deliveryand specifications with buyers andmanagers
- Creating detailed proposaldocuments
- Making accurate rapid costcalculations and providing customers withquotations
- Building and maintainingrelationships with real estate agents and firms and motivating themto find buyers
- Follow up with and maintainrelationships with channel partners andagents
- Add new channelpartners
- Maintaining sales related data andcreating reports to submit to superiors
- May bein certain cases required to visit the project development site toconduct onsite sales
