    The Regional Manager is responsible formeeting sales goals set by the Chief Sales Officer as well asidentifying potential clients maintaining relationships andsupervising the SalesTeam.
    Duties&Responsibilities:
    • Maintainingand developing relationships with existing customers in person andvia telephone calls and emails
    • Overseeing theSales Team and make sure strategies set by CSO are executed bySales Team
    • Coming up with and implement uniquesales strategies
    • Coordinate and handle presales and post sales experiences
    • Arrangemeetings with potential clients
    • Contributerevenue to the company by selling to new clients through variousmeans
    • Research and experimentation on new andinnovative ways to sell
    • Responding to incomingemail and phone enquiries
    • Create and maintainreports and ensure they are submitted tothe
    • CSO and topmanagement
    • Working with CSO and top managementon sales budgets
    • Conducts followup on hardbids
    • Negotiating the terms of an agreement andclosing sales
    • Gathering market and customerinformation
    • Negotiating on price costs deliveryand specifications with buyers andmanagers
    • Creating detailed proposaldocuments
    • Making accurate rapid costcalculations and providing customers withquotations
    • Building and maintainingrelationships with real estate agents and firms and motivating themto find buyers
    • Follow up with and maintainrelationships with channel partners andagents
    • Add new channelpartners
    • Maintaining sales related data andcreating reports to submit to superiors
    • May bein certain cases required to visit the project development site toconduct onsite sales
    • Understanding all relevantdetails on all the company s existing and plannedprojects

    SkillsRequired:
