    RoleAsthe Ecommerce Manager you will be responsible for developingimplementing and overseeing our ecommerce strategy to drive onlinesales growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 yearsof proven experience in ecommerce management a deep understandingof the latest industry trends and a track record of successfullyincreasing online revenue. Additionally this role will involve teammanagement to ensure the successful execution of ecommerceinitiatives.
    Responsibilities
    • EcommerceStrategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensiveecommerce strategy aligned with business goals. Analyse markettrends and competitor activities to identify opportunities forgrowth.
    • Platform Management: Oversee thedaytoday operations of our seller account on various ecommerceplatforms across multiple geographies. This includes reviewinglistings and ensuring appropriate marketing strategy for each ofour partners is being implemented to drive revenuegrowth.
    • Team Management: Lead and mentor ahighperforming ecommerce team providing guidance and support.Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture to drivesuccessful execution of ecommerceinitiatives.
    • Revenue Growth: Drive revenuegrowth through strategic initiatives marketing campaigns andoptimization of the online sales funnel. Set and achieve revenuetargets analysing performance data to identify areas forimprovement.
    • Stakeholder Management: Developand maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholdersincluding logistics compliance and channel partner team.Collaborate with external stakeholders such as Brands channelpartners and other agencies to ensure seamless execution ofecommerce initiatives.
    • Hiring and Team Growth:Identify staffing needs and actively participate in the recruitmentprocess. Develop training programs and initiatives to enhance theskills and capabilities of the ecommerceteam.
    RequiredQualifications
    • Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Business or a relatedfield.
    • Minimum of 10 years of ecommercemanagement experience.
    • Proven track record ofdriving significant online sales growth and achieving revenuetargets.
    • Strong analytical skills andproficiency in ecommerce analyticstools.
    • Excellent communication and leadershipskills.
    • Indepth knowledge of ecommerce trendstechnologies and best practices.
    • Strongalignment to Klub s cultural values
    • Familiaritywith the Amazon Seller Central tool.
    • Candidatesbased out of Ahmedabad will bepreferred.
