    As we strive for operational excellence and continuous improvement, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Process Excellence Lead to join our Operations team.


    Position Overview:

    The Process Excellence Lead - Operations will be responsible for driving process optimization initiatives, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the Operations department.

    The ideal candidate should have a strong background in process management, a passion for driving efficiency, and excellent analytical skills.


    Responsibilities:
    Process Optimization:Lead process improvement projects aimed at streamlining workflows, reducing cycle times, and eliminating waste.
    Conduct process assessments and gap analyses to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement standardized processes and procedures.

    Drive efficiency through product/process interventions/improvementsQuality Management:
    Establish quality standards and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of operational processes.
    Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance trends to identify deviations and areas for improvement.
    Implement quality assurance mechanisms and corrective actions to address process deficiencies and ensure compliance with standards.


    Continuous Improvement Culture:
    Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.
    Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate team members on process improvement methodologies and tools.
    Encourage innovation and creativity in problem-solving and process redesign efforts.


    Data Analysis and Reporting:
    Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to analyze operational data, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights.
    Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress on process improvement initiatives.
    Collaborate with stakeholders to develop dashboards and visualizations for real-time monitoring of process performance.


    Change Management:
    Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth implementation of process improvements and organizational changes.
    Engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gain buy-in and support for process optimization initiatives.
    Monitor change adoption and facilitate training and support mechanisms to facilitate successful implementation.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
    Minimum of 5-9 years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or related field.
    Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Total Quality Management.
    Proven track record of leading process optimization initiatives and driving measurable results.
    Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify actionable insights.
    Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
    Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate cross-functional teams.
    Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, or similar tools.
