    Job Description for Director (Admissions):

    Required Skill Sets:

    Director of Admissions must be a superb leader and excellent communicator.

    He/she must be extremely organized and detail-oriented as well. Dependable,

    hardworking and possessing strong work ethics are also vital &the position is the first point of contact for any prospective student if they come for Admission for CDOE

    • experience in handling admissions of one or more than one institute (cluster institutions) at a time will be desirable.
    • of statistics, admissions requirements and procedures, school funding and financial aid, application processes.
    • to analyse and interpret data and information for making the admissions related strategy is desirable
    • experience in compiling and designing brochure and communicating on social media is preferred.
    • interpersonal, presentation, networking and verbal and written communication skills & Proficiency with computers is mandatory
    • experience in Private University in Admission and Outreach is desirable.
    • Counsellor conducts campus tours for the prospective student(s) and their parents

    Experienced Required

    • / Assistant Director Admission position 10-15 Years Experience in University/College Environment, in Admissions/ Registration or student services preferred.
    • Admissions position 3-5 Years Experience in University/College Environment, in Admissions/ Registration or student services preferred.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • accurate information about our programs to the prospective student and parent. Communicate the value proposition of the university and convince the students to include our program in their respective preference list.
    • hiring, and coaching admissions staff members
    • colleges, universities, and other academic institutions establish, examine, alter, and explain admissions guidelines, processes, and requirements.
    • in the recruiting process by planning, coordinating, and overseeing promotional events, campus tours, student interviews, and other admissions activities.
    • in the admissions decision-making process as student applications are evaluated and accepted or denied.
    • students, parents, and guardians with information regarding admissions requirements and processes, financial aid applications, enrolment issues, or other procedures.
    • and interpreting student information, including test scores, extracurricular activities, and grades.
    • Plan and implement various strategies to attract quality students and
    • the number of admissions years on year.
    • materials for newspaper advertisement, education fairs, digital media.
    • supervise the staff working in the Admissions Office and motivate them to bring out their best.

    Must Have

    • English proficiency with Hindi, Tamil, Kannada will be the addition.
