    Design sales strategies byextensive competitor mapping & demonstration of businessopportunities Working closely with sales team to close RFPs& ensure team follows up on proposals submitted Designarchitecture of new solutions and work with operations team tobuild execution capabilities Engagement with the customers tounderstand their needs and derive advice for prospectiveproducts/services that are aligned with the customers demandsEnsure extensive market research is done for all products/servicesfor which RFPs are being prepared Ensure detailed financialfeasibility is conducted for all projects Interface with Major institutional clients to understand sector specifictrends and potential opportunities available to us.

    Mapping theseopportunities to various businesses in the group Gathering criticalinformation from meetings with various stakeholders and producinguseful reports Designing sustainable & profitable projectfinancial models Identifying financial performance trends andfinancial risk and making recommendations Providing recommendationsfor improvement based on trends
